Beth Davies served as Director of Learning and Development at Tesla Motors and held senior roles at Apple and Microsoft Stores, including Director of Worldwide Talent Development at Apple and Director of Customer Experience and Training at Microsoft. A Stanford Law School graduate, she practiced as an attorney before founding the Retail Training Institute in 1997.

Beth also founded HR Reimagine, hosts the Career Curves Podcast, and teaches at IE Business School. She speaks on talent development, employee growth, and workplace innovation.
