By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Mezzo is a speaker discovery platform that helps event organizers find and evaluate professional speakers. Our Service provides:

Speaker Information: We aggregate publicly available information about professional speakers from sources including conference websites, video platforms, speaker bureau listings, and other public directories. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any speaker. Speakers may update or remove their information at any time.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by H Bureau LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express permission.

Speaker Content: Speaker profiles contain information aggregated from public sources. We do not claim ownership of speaker biographical information, photos, or video content. Speakers retain all rights to their own content and may request updates or removal at any time.

Your Content: By creating shortlists, notes, or other content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as necessary to provide the Service. You retain ownership of your original content.

Talk Suggestions: When you suggest a talk for a speaker's profile, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and based on publicly available sources. Suggested talks are subject to review and approval by the speaker or our team before publication.

6a. Speaker Profiles & Data Aggregation

Mezzo aggregates publicly available information about professional speakers to create searchable profiles. Our data collection practices are designed to help event organizers discover speakers while respecting speaker privacy.

Public Information Only: We only collect information that speakers have made publicly available in their professional capacity, such as conference speaker pages, public video platforms, speaker bureau listings, and professional websites. We do not access private accounts, databases requiring authentication, or information that speakers have not chosen to make public.

Speaker Control: Speakers may claim their profiles to take ownership of their information. Claimed speakers can update, correct, or remove their information at any time. Speakers may also request complete removal of their profile without claiming it first.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all speaker information is complete, current, or error-free. Information may change after we collect it. Contact speakers directly to verify details before making booking decisions.

Contact: Speakers with questions or concerns should contact speakers@talkmezzo.com.

  • Speakers listed are available for booking or will respond to inquiries
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
