Chris Gibson MBE spent over 30 years in the British Army, rising from Warrant Officer to Colonel. His Special Forces experience includes 18 months in Beirut helping secure Terry Waites release, 12 months in Sarajevo capturing war criminals, and 16 months managing presidential security in Sierra Leone during civil war.
He led close protection for Tony Blair during the Second Gulf War. As Chief Instructor at the Army Medical Services Training Centre, Chris co-developed a training methodology now used by US, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand militaries.
He speaks on leadership, high-performance teams, and building trust under pressure.
