Craig Sams co-founded Green and Blacks in 1991 with Jo Fairley, creating the first product to carry the Fairtrade mark and the first organic chocolate. The brand sold to Cadbury in 2005, with Craig remaining as President.
Before Green and Blacks, he founded Whole Earth Foods after running Seed, one of Londons first macrobiotic restaurants. Craig has championed organic growing and fair trade for over five decades.
He has authored multiple books on organic living and sustainability. Craig speaks on building ethical brands and sustainable business.
