Katherine Grainger won five Olympic medals in rowing, including gold at London 2012, becoming Britains most decorated female Olympic rower. She competed across five consecutive Olympic Games from 2000 to 2016.
Grainger holds a PhD from Kings College London and was appointed Chair of UK Sport in 2017, overseeing Britains Olympic and Paralympic performance programs. She has balanced elite athletic achievement with academic work and now sports governance.
Her keynotes cover sustained excellence, leadership transition, and building high-performance systems.
