The company aims to buildstronger interpersonal relationshipsand communication styles within teams using a mix of experiential learning, coaching sessions and the ReIgnite Developmental Matrix. The organisation provides augmentedreality experiences, building teamwork in alien environments and a 747 simulator to create a realistic, pressurised scenario in which teams must work together to overcome the unexpected. Daniel has also pushed himself to achieve a range ofathletic and physical accomplishments.
In 2013, he formed a team of 268 people, who assisted him in accomplishing the world’s highest video broadcast. This was delivered from the summit of Mt Everest and broadcast onBBC News. As an avid cyclist and fitness enthusiast, Daniel competed in theITU World Duathlon Championshipsbetween January 2014 and November 2015.
