Jessica Barker co-founded Cygenta, a cybersecurity consultancy that takes a human-centered approach to security. Named one of the UKs most influential women in cybersecurity, she has advised organizations across sectors on building security awareness and culture.

Barker holds a PhD and has spent a decade studying why people fall for attacks and how to change behavior effectively. She authored Confident Cyber Security and contributes to industry publications.
