Dr Jo Salter MBE became Britain's first female fast jet pilot in 1992, flying the Tornado GR1 on frontline missions with the legendary Dambusters 617 Squadron and enforcing no-fly zones over Iraq. She holds an MBA and engineering degree.
After the RAF, Jo built a business career at PwC, becoming Director of Global Transformative Leadership and Global Advisory Lead for GenAI. She played a key role in PwC Australia's 2023 transformation and helped upskill over 270,000 employees globally.
