Kim Blue

Kim Blue is a leading human resource professional, currently working as thePrincipal Owner of K Blue Consulting, her leading human resources and organisational development consultancy. Having formerly worked for the likes of Microsoft and ESPN, Kim has helped to develop and oversee credible organisations’ HR policies. With over 15 years of experience in developing human resources strategy, Kim is now booked as a speaker for a range of corporate and public events covering topics such as change management, organisational development, diversity, inclusion and the future of work. After an education in Organisation Development at the Queen's University of Charlotte, Kim began her working career as anEmployee Wellness Representative for ESPN.

In this role, Kim was responsible for conducting wellness and fitness classes, supporting over 7000 ESPN employees as an HR official. She later went on to become an HR Business Partner in the Audio and Technology divisions of the company, before achieving the position ofSenior HR Business Partner for ESPN. After almost 13 successful years working for ESPN, Kim moved on to become theSenior HR Manager of the US East Region for Microsoft. Since then, Kim has worked as theGlobal Head of People Experience Partners for Zoom, as anExecutive Board Member of The Black in HRand as anOfficial Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council.

Today, Kim continues to share her HR expertise, having also worked as the Chief People Officer for OpenExchange, as a leading People Strategist - mentoring clients with a growth mindset. Having achieved a Project Management Essentials Certified status, Kim has been highly recognised for her talents, honoured as one of theTop 10 Diverse Leaders at the 2021 Tech Inclusion Conference. In addition to her commitments at K Blue Consulting, Kim has also become aMember of Chief- a leading private membership network that empowers senior executive women.
