Leila McKenzie-Delis founded DIAL Global in 2019 to develop diverse, inclusive, aspirational leaders. Her clients include Co-op, PwC, and The FA.
Leila authored Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and hosts the Diverse and Inclusive Leaders podcast. Born in Hong Kong and adopted and raised in the UK, her firsthand experience with lack of diversity drove her to champion workplace inclusion across the full spectrum—from LGBT+ rights to racial equality and disability awareness.
She also founded Leila McKenzie Associates and the McKenzie-Delis Foundation. Leila speaks on diversity, inclusion, and building equitable organizations.
