Lisa Charlwood-Green founded The WOW Network to connect LGBT+ women in the workplace and support those coming out at work, after spending 10 years as the only out LGBT person in her office. She serves as Operations Strategy Manager at Network Rail and Chair of the Board for Outspoken Arts.
Lisa has been Deputy Chair of Network Rails award-winning LGBT Network, Chair of SQAs LGBT Network, and consulted with the University of Strathclyde on LGBT training. The WOW Network partnered with Yes She Can to empower women in the workplace.
Lisa speaks on LGBT+ inclusion, authenticity at work, and organizational change.
