Since 2009, Lynette has spearheaded Innate Investment Solutions, as the Founder and CEO. Starting her career at Deloitte, Lynette has forged her way in the industry, despite gender and racial prejudice. From managing one of the country’s top 5 largest shopping centres to acting as theFire Chief of IgniteSA, Lynette has supported the growth of South Africa’s industries. She continues to support contribute to IgniteSA where she champions development of education, employment and entrepreneurship within the younger generations.
