Matt Dunsmoor

Workplace coach, Matt Dunsmoor, utilises human connection to improve cohesion within teams. Matt operates under a single motivation; to create a more human-focused workforce. This purpose drives him to tour the world, giving expert keynote speeches on the future of work, teamwork, company culture and positive leadership strategies. As a speaker, Matt is famed for his relaxes, eloquent and charming presenting style, which instantly connects with audiences.

Educated at the University of Northern Colorado, Matt worked during his study. As theirDirector of Legislative Affairs, he was responsible for updating the students on political affairs and policy updates, leading projects like Voter Registration Initiatives. During this period, he was also an Open Recreation Attendant, where he organised a range of campus activities, and the Coordinator of Off-Campus Housing. Having succeeded in project-related roles at his University, Mattjoined the YMCA as their Director of Membershipin 2010.

He ensured the retention of members, supervised a team of 20 people and developed expert marketing campaigns to great success. Upon moving to Zappos in 2011, Matt quickly rose through the ranks, starting as a Content Coordinator all the way to a Project Manager. In the latter role, he built a framework upon which his team could apply successful marketing, decision making and client relations.
