Recognised for her contributions to education and school governance, Sharon has been the Director of Education Governance Solution since 2016, assigned to the position by the Department of Education due to her invaluable experience in school governance. Tasked with educating and improving the skillsets of senior school leaders, Sharon continues to work as theCEO of the National Black Governors Network, Founder of the National Association of School and College Clerks, and in various national roles involved in education leadership. Through no-nonsense presentations, audiences are enlightened by Sharon on the qualities required to be unstoppable, in their personal and professional lives.

Having focused her coaching skills onUnstoppable Limitedin 2017, Sharon has committed her career to support others in achieving their ambitions, and businesses in achieving sustainable growth through strategic leadership and increased corporate diversity.
