About
Will Carling captained England rugby from 1988 to 1996, leading the team to three Grand Slams and a World Cup final. He became captain at 22, the youngest in decades, and won 72 caps during a period of English dominance in European rugby.
Carling later built a business career in leadership consultancy, applying lessons from elite sport to corporate environments. His keynotes draw on specific experiences of leading high-performing teams, managing pressure, and building cultures that sustain success.
