Curtis Aikens

Curtis Aikens transformed his life from illiteracy to becoming a celebrated Food Network chef, learning to read at age 26 and breaking barriers in the culinary world. Mentored by legendary figures like Julia Child and Paul Prudhomme, he is one of the few chefs honored with a feature in the Smithsonian's Julia Child kitchen.
