Born in Northern Ireland in 1988, Leah’s ambition was clear to see from a young age and she graduated from the University of East Anglia with a degree in medicine becoming a fully qualified physician in 2011. With an investment opportunity with business magnate Lord Sugar on offer for the winner, Leah was an instant favourite with both the viewers and the people on the show with her academic record and superb business skills impressing Lord Sugar. Shelaunched her cosmetic business Dr. Leah Clinicin 2014 alongside Lord Sugar and the company has been meeting all its financial targets ahead of schedule.
With there being lots of controversial issues surrounding cosmetic surgery, Leah has always ensured that the highest possible standards are practiced within her business. She has frequently spoken out regarding better regulation and improving industry standards, and these are issues she can expertly discuss during her after dinner speaking events. Having been recently named as one of the top 10 entrepreneurs in the UK, Leahregularly contributes to the Evening Standardnewspaper offering her invaluable advice on cosmetic issues.
