Sergeant Kevin Briggs spent decades with the California Highway Patrol, where he specialized in patrolling the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. As the last barrier between would-be suicides and certain death, Briggs developed expertise in crisis intervention and suicide prevention.
Through his TED talk and work with the Pivotal Points organization, he shares powerful personal stories and research-backed strategies to help people in emotional distress find hope and purpose. Briggs' keynotes give audiences actionable tools for supporting mental health and building a more compassionate society.
