About
Keith Spiers rose from a Nottingham council estate to Lieutenant Colonel in the British Army, commanding 130 infantry soldiers in Iraq. He served as advisor to the European Military Service.
Before military service, Keith worked as a horticulturalist, then transitioned to IT, earning Microsoft and Cisco certifications including the ITIL Managers Certificate. He consistently delivered projects on time and under budget.
Keith brings four decades of leadership experience with humor and humility. He speaks on values-based leadership, building teams, and inspiring staff at all levels.
