Larry Irvin is the Founder and CEO of Brothers empowered to Teach, a non-profit working to diversify the teaching profession. He has dedicated his career to expanding access to tech careers, especially for underrepresented minorities.
Irvin previously served as the Executive Director of Code2040, a leading tech inclusion organization, where he grew the program to support over 10,000 Black and Latinx students. He is a frequent speaker on issues of diversity, equity, and belonging in the tech industry, sharing practical strategies to build inclusive cultures and pipelines.
