Naomi Walkland

Naomi Walkland is Chief Marketing Officer of Motorway, the UK car marketplace, where she leads brand, product, growth, creative, communications, and business marketing. She built her reputation at Bumble, where as Vice President she led international marketing, scaled teams and operations across EMEA and APAC, expanded the brand into more than fifteen markets, and was part of the group that took the company public in 2021. There she ran campaigns including My Love is Black Love, a celebration of Black love in Britain.

A Fellow of The Marketing Society, Walkland speaks to marketing audiences about building challenger brands, embedding a challenger mindset in teams, and turning brand vision into competitive advantage. Her talks emphasize outcomes over output, the discipline of listening to customers, and how marketing fuels growth at high-velocity companies.
