Neil Laughton is a former Marine Commando and Special Forces Officer who summited Mount Everest with Bear Grylls, circumnavigated the UK on a jet ski, and piloted a flying car across the Sahara Desert. He founded companies in design, construction, and office furniture creating 40 million pound group turnover, sold to a FTSE 100 company in 2011.
Neil received the Royal Geographical Societys Ness Award for Inspirational Leadership. His consultancy Laughton & Co serves British Airways, Coca Cola, and the NHS.
