Olivier Vigneaux has spent three decades building digital and customer experience work inside Havas. He started at Young & Rubicam in 1995, ran digital strategy at BETC for Air France, Evian and Danone, and in 2013 took over BETC Digital, later renamed BETC Fullsix.
He went on to lead Havas CX Europe, chairs the AACC's customer experience club, and in 2026 became president of ekino, the group's software and AI company. At MAD//Fest London 2026 he spoke on scaling generative AI and vibe coding without losing control.
