Dr. Agnes Binagwaho is the Vice Provost and a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda.
As Rwanda's former Minister of Health, she led transformative initiatives that expanded access to HIV/AIDS treatment, reduced child mortality, and built a resilient healthcare system. Binagwaho's TED talks have reached millions, sharing her innovative approaches to universal health coverage and public-private partnerships.
