He took on the role of CEO at the end of 2022 and has steered the Berlin-based company onto a successful course in less than two years. Siebers successfully drove a significant growth trajectory, built on a strategy focused on Internationalization, Retail Media, Retention, and Engagement.

This approach delivered break-even and double-digit profitable growth that has continued to the present day. He also spearheaded rapid international expansion, successfully launching flaconi in 8 new European countries and targeting seven more by 2026, with the goal of becoming the leading online pure-player in European e-commerce.
