Dayo Ogunyemi is the Founder and CEO of Decode, a startup building inclusive and ethical artificial intelligence systems. Recognized as a 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, Dayo has a background in computer science from the University of Cambridge and previously worked at Google.
His mission is to democratize access to transformative AI technologies, designing solutions that empower diverse teams and mitigate algorithmic bias. Dayo's insights on the future of work have been featured in The Economist, MIT Technology Review, and at the World Economic Forum.
