Debra Searle rowed 3,300 miles across the Atlantic solo after her husband fell ill and had to leave their two-person voyage. The novice rower completed the journey from Tenerife to Barbados, making global headlines.
She has since led an all-female traverse of Baffin Island in the Arctic, won Gold at the European Dragon Boat Championships, and completed L'Etape du Tour. Global Gurus ranked her #1 female motivational speaker and #3 overall behind Tony Robbins and Simon Sinek in 2021.
