About
Domhnaill Hernon is an award-winning technology and innovation executive and the global lead of the Metaverse Lab at EY, an organization of creative technologists building 3D worlds and experiences powered by GenAI. He also leads the Cognitive Human Enterprise, a pioneering approach bringing artists and creatives deep into technology and business to enable new modes of innovation through cognitive diversity. Previously VP of Research and Innovation at Nokia Bell Labs, where he headed Experiments in Art and Technology (E-A-T) and established new methods to overcome the innovation valley of death.
Domhnaill holds a PhD in Aerodynamics from the University of Limerick and an executive MBA from Dublin City University.
His work has been featured in Wired Magazine, Times Square, SXSW, Nasdaq, MWC, Ars Electronica, TEDx, Inspirefest, and the Global Economic Summit.
