He also leads the Cognitive Human Enterprise, a pioneering approach bringing artists and creatives deep into technology and business to enable new modes of innovation through cognitive diversity. Previously VP of Research and Innovation at Nokia Bell Labs, where he headed Experiments in Art and Technology (E.

A. T. ) and established new methods to overcome the innovation valley of death.
