Doris Kim Sung is a pioneering architect and materials scientist who is transforming the built environment through biomimicry. As an Associate Professor at the University of Southern California, she directs the Metamorphic Materials Lab, developing dynamic, responsive building materials inspired by nature.
Sung's award-winning designs have been featured in The New York Times, Architectural Record, and the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum.
