Following this, he spent 8 years as the founder of a successful business called New Media Design (NMD) which was a web design agency thatworked with leading brands in the UK, Europe and the USA. Its high profits and clear success lead to an acquisition. Another venture that he was involved in that ran alongside NMD was launched in 2006 - Web Marketing Advisor which aimed to help businesses monetise their content and generate sales. Currently,Guy is the CEO & Founder of Return, an award-winning digital marketing agency which offers a range of services which was founded in 2008.

During his time as CEO and Founder at return, Guy has been decorated with various accolades.
