Halla Tómasdóttir is CEO of The B Team, the coalition of business leaders founded by Richard Branson and Jochen Zeitz working to catalyze better business practices. She previously co-founded Auður Capital, an investment firm that survived the 2008 Icelandic financial crisis by applying what she calls 'feminine values' to investing.

In 2016, she ran for President of Iceland, finishing second in a field of nine. Her TED talk on bringing feminine values to business has been viewed millions of times.
