Janet Napolitano served as the third United States Secretary of Homeland Security from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, she was the 21st Governor of Arizona, becoming the first woman to hold that office.
Napolitano currently serves as a Professor of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley, where she focuses on climate change policy and resilience. Her keynotes draw on her extensive experience leading large government agencies to provide insights on crisis management, organizational transformation, and the growing threat of climate change.
