About
Jerry Linenger, M. D. , M. P. H. , M.
S. S. M. , Ph. D. , is a former NASA astronaut and U.
S. Navy flight surgeon who has pushed the limits of human performance in the most extreme environments. As the only American to conduct a long-duration space mission aboard the Russian Mir space station, Linenger survived a fire, a near-collision, and oxygen system failures during his five-month voyage. His keynotes draw on these harrowing experiences to inspire audiences to overcome adversity and achieve the extraordinary, even in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges.
