Jojo O'Driscoll-Kearney

Jojo O'Driscoll-Kearney is Chief Learning Officer at Majid Al Futtaim, one of the Middle East's largest conglomerates, where she sets the strategic direction for leadership development across the group. She joined in 2023 after 18 years in human capital roles spanning technology, energy, financial services, and retail across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, UK, and Australia.

Her previous roles include leadership positions at Accenture, Facebook (Meta), Microsoft, EDF Energy, Saudi Aramco, and Boots Walgreens Alliance. She holds a PhD, a Harvard McLean coaching certification, and is a LUMA-certified design thinker and positive psychology coach. She sits on the World Economic Forum's Chief Learning Officer Council.

Jojo speaks on leadership development, organizational culture transformation, reskilling at pace, and how L&D must adapt to AI. She has spoken at the L&D Summit Abu Dhabi, Learning Futures Dubai, and iVentiv events.
