Kola Masha is the Managing Director of Dalberg, a leading global development strategy firm. With over 15 years of experience, Masha has advised governments, foundations, and Fortune 500 companies on driving economic growth and reducing poverty across Africa.
He previously served as the Head of Dalberg's Africa practice and co-founded Babban Gona, a Nigeria-based agricultural franchise that has empowered over 100,000 smallholder farmers.
