Leslie Perlow is the Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Leadership at Harvard Business School. Her research focuses on the changing nature of work, particularly the role of technology and the increasing demand for flexibility.
Perlow is the author of the award-winning books 'Sleeping with Your Smartphone' and 'Overload', which explore how professionals can reclaim control of their time and boost productivity. Through her consulting work with major companies, she has developed practical strategies to help organizations and their employees thrive in the modern workplace.

While email and mobile technology have greatly accelerated the way we do business, Leslie Pernow argues that the always "on" mentality can have a long-term detrimental effect on many organizations.
