Lindsay Wrege is the co-founder and CEO of 321 Coffee, a coffee shop and roaster that employs people with disabilities. Starting her social enterprise in a college dorm room, Wrege now oversees a team of over 50 individuals with diverse abilities.
Her mission is to use business as a force for good, creating meaningful opportunities and inclusive workplaces. Wrege's keynotes inspire audiences to harness the power of entrepreneurship to drive positive social change.
