Mitch Zeller served as the Director of the Center for Tobacco Products at the U. S.
Food and Drug Administration from 2013-2022. In this role, he oversaw the implementation of the 2009 Tobacco Control Act, leading FDA's efforts to regulate the manufacturing, marketing, and sale of tobacco products.
Zeller is a recognized expert in public health policy, having previously worked for the American Legacy Foundation and the Coalition for Tobacco-Free Kids. His keynotes draw on decades of experience navigating complex regulatory environments to protect consumer welfare and drive systemic change.
