Dr. Norman Spack is a pioneering pediatric endocrinologist who has transformed the treatment of transgender youth.
As the founder of the Gender Management Service Clinic at Boston Children's Hospital, he has provided life-changing care to thousands of adolescents. Spack's research on early medical intervention has been published in leading journals, and his TED talk on supporting transgender identity has reached millions.
Through keynotes and workshops, he equips healthcare providers and educators with evidence-based strategies to create more inclusive environments for LGBTQ+ youth.

How I help transgender teens become who they want to be
Puberty is an awkward time for just about everybody, but for transgender teens it can be a nightmare, as they grow overnight into bodies they aren't comfortable with. In a heartfelt talk, Norman Spack tells a personal story of how he became one of the few doctors in the US to treat minors with hormone replacement therapy. By staving off the effects of puberty, Spack gives trans teens the time they need.
