Riaz Shah OBE spent 27 years as a Partner at EY, where he ran business units, led tech consulting, and built global talent and learning strategies for over 400,000 people across 80+ countries. His work spans tech disruption, leadership, and the future of work - the intersection where most organisations are making their biggest bets and their biggest mistakes.
He is now Professor of Practice for Innovation and Leadership at Hult International Business School, and advises CEOs and government leaders on navigating change. He founded One Degree Academy, named one of the world's top schools in 2025, and serves as Sponsor of AIM Academies Trust, overseeing a family of London schools focused on raising aspirations and outcomes for young people. He was awarded an OBE in 2023 for Services to Education.
