Simon Woodroffe founded Yo! Sushi in 1997, creating the conveyor belt sushi concept that became a global brand with restaurants across three continents. He later launched Yotel and has built multiple businesses around the Yo!
brand. Woodroffe started his career designing sets for rock bands before pivoting to hospitality. He has appeared on Dragons Den and advised numerous startups.
His keynotes cover entrepreneurship, brand building, and turning unconventional ideas into successful businesses.
