About
Tamsen Webster is a message strategist and keynote speaker who has spent more than two decades helping leaders make their ideas clear, compelling and actionable. In 2024 she founded the Message Design Institute, building on years of work combining behavioral science with practical communication frameworks. She is the author of Find Your Red Thread: Make Your Big Ideas Irresistible and Say What They Can't Unhear: The Nine Principles of Lasting Change.
Webster has worked with organizations including Harvard Medical School, Fidelity Investments and Klaviyo, and has served as a mentor for the Harvard Innovation Labs and an advisor at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship. She was named to the Thinkers50 Radar in 2022. At the B2B Marketing Exchange she delivered a keynote on building messages that prospects say yes to, identifying the common reasons buyers resist a pitch.
She is also a recurring speaker at the MarketingProfs B2B Forum. Her frameworks help marketers and leaders structure arguments around what audiences already believe, so that ideas land as natural conclusions rather than hard sells.
