About
Tracy Edwards led the first all-female crew to compete in the Whitbread Round the World Race, winning two legs and finishing second overall. She became the first woman in over three decades to win the Yachtsman of the Year award.
Tracy's story of assembling an unlikely crew and taking on the world's most grueling sailing race has become a case study in leadership and team building. She speaks on leading under extreme pressure, building high-performing teams, and achieving what others say is impossible.
