Trish Millines Dziko

Trish Millines Dziko co-founded the Technology Access Foundation (TAF) after recognizing the systemic barriers that prevent students of color from accessing quality technology and education opportunities. As Executive Director, she has developed innovative strategies that help underrepresented students reach their full academic and technological potential, creating pathways into tech careers that were previously out of reach.

Under her leadership, TAF has become a national model for educational intervention, providing targeted resources, mentorship, and technological training to young learners who are often overlooked by traditional educational systems. Her approach focuses on identifying and nurturing each student's unique strengths while providing the technical skills and support systems necessary for success.

Through her groundbreaking work, she has demonstrated that with the right resources and strategic interventions, every student can unlock opportunities in technology and beyond, regardless of their background or circumstances.
