About
When most architects design buildings, William McDonough reimagines how humanity can sustainably coexist with the natural world. As founding principal of William McDonough + Partners and former dean of the University of Virginia's School of Architecture, he has transformed sustainable design through his groundbreaking cradle-to-cradle design philosophy.
McDonough's approach challenges traditional architectural practices by creating regenerative solutions that eliminate waste and promote ecological harmony. His work provides organizations and leaders a blueprint for designing systems and structures that not only minimize environmental impact but actively contribute to planetary health and regeneration.
