Zhenya Loginov brings a unique operational perspective to venture investing, having scaled technology companies from the inside before transitioning to identifying the next generation of enterprise leaders. As CRO at Miro, he built and led a global go-to-market organization of over 700 professionals across 12 international offices, driving significant growth in the enterprise collaboration space during a period of massive remote work adoption.

Before Miro, Loginov served as COO at Segment, where he developed deep expertise in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and the technical challenges of scaling enterprise IT platforms. This hands-on operational experience gives him particular insight into the realities of building and scaling technology companies beyond the initial product-market fit stage.

Now as a Partner at Accel, he focuses on enterprise technology and developer tooling investments, leveraging his background to support founders navigating the complex transition from startup to scaled enterprise software company.
