Zohar Urian

Zohar Urian calls herself an architect of change - an independent researcher and storyteller of transformation. For 26 years she has worked to understand how digital and emerging technologies reshape the world, starting from people and their behavior, and moving from there to businesses and how they respond. She is the author of "What's Your 100X?" and has mapped Israel's startup ecosystem since 2015.

She advises C-level executives in energy, finance, marketing and other sectors, runs professional workshops on innovation and AI inside companies in Israel and around the world, and provides strategic and practical consulting: finding where innovation creates real impact on a company's existing plans, and what it takes to get there.

At the heart of her work is a clear point of view: human judgment, taste and intuition are what set people and businesses apart, and AI is the tool that amplifies them. She frames it through her 30/40/30 model - 30% human input, 40% AI execution, 30% human review.

She lectures at organizations and events in Israel and abroad, and for the third year running hosts a roundtable series on AI in organizations, bringing together some 50 participants from diverse industries. For 15 consecutive years she has traveled to Cannes Lions and other global conferences, bringing what she learns back to her professional community, and she is an alumna of Singularity University on the NASA campus. Her talks connect innovation, technology and people - no theory, just frameworks the audience can use the next day.
