I may fall. But all of us will rise.

About this talk
This talk, “I may fall. But all of us will rise.”, is a deeply personal reflection on struggle, strength, and shared resilience. Through moments of vulnerability, he shows how life’s falls are rarely faced alone. Sports become a companion offering discipline, hope, and a way forward when words fall short. The talk reminds us that while one person may fall, rising becomes powerful when it is collective. Recognized as a youth ambassador by UNAIDS, Babu Seenappa's personal journey is one of remarkable resilience. Born with HIV and orphaned at age six, he has transformed his adversities into a powerful mission. He uses sports as his medium, running marathons across the globe—including the Boston 10K and the Nelson Mandela Marathon— to show the world that a life marked by challenges can still be healthy and full of purpose. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
