TED Salon DWEN is an ideas-focused event that has convened speakers across 2021, 2024, 2025, and 2026. The speaker lineup reflects themes spanning relationships and human connection, organizational culture and talent strategy, constructive dialogue and disagreement, and sustainable design. Notable speakers have included psychotherapist and relationships expert Esther Perel, whose TED talks have garnered over 30 million views, as well as Patty McCord, former Chief Talent Officer at Netflix known for culture building. Additional speakers have featured BCG consultant Julia Dhar, who champions productive disagreement, and Natsai Audrey Chieza, founder focused on sustainable design and creative innovation.
