Dean Stott served in the Special Boat Service, Britain's elite naval special forces unit, until his retirement in 2011. Born into a military family, he rose through the ranks from commando to special forces operator.
After leaving service, Dean set a world record cycling the Pan-American Highway. He speaks on resilience, elite team performance, and pushing beyond perceived limits.
